The Music Ministries of Good Shepherd United Methodist Church strive to fulfill the vision and mission of the church.  Our Vision … “Uniting with the Holy Spirit in restoring the bent and broken, through unconditional love and grace, transforming each person into a fully devoted follower of Jesus, passionately serving our community and the world for the glory of God.”

Whether a member of the congregation or assisting in the leadership of worship on Sunday mornings, all of us have the opportunity to GROW in Christ through the means of the gift of music.  It is our prayer that the Music Ministries of Good Shepherd United Methodist Church would be used by the Holy Spirit as a means of discipleship, to CONNECT with God and come to know Jesus.  This is true of those who are served by Music Ministries and those who serve within Music Ministries.

Music Ministries assist in the leadership of congregational worship in both the 8:45 AM Modern (Contemporary) Sunday morning gathering and 11:00 AM Classic (Traditional) Sunday morning gathering.  Additionally, Music Ministries further serves the church and greater Hendersonville community in the form of additional worship services, special events, and numerous SERVE and GO opportunities.

Listed below are numerous opportunities to serve Good Shepherd by way of Music Ministries.  If you are interested in serving through any of these ministries please contact our Minister of Music, Matthew Grauberger at mgrauberger@thegsumc.org or at 757-848-8496.
